James T Webb, Master Builder,  received a $1 Million loan from a FDIC Bank in three hours to build this house developed in a non African American neighborhood:

but was denied a $40,000 loan to rebuild this house in an African American neighborhood by the same FDIC Bank :

It took two months for the bank to say NO to the loan!
