‘Save Your Neighborhood’ |
James T. Webb, Master Builder and author of “Save Your Neighborhood,” highlights both the challenges and solutions for redeveloping distressed and vacant single family homes across America. Webb is giving a national call to all black men to return home and rebuild their neighborhood using THE WEBB AFFORDABLE HOUSING MODEL. Through the pages of “Save Your Neighborhood,” Webb shows the real life methods that WORK in order to create completely rehabbed, affordable single-family homes with an average sales price of $65,000. Specific instructions are given on how to eliminate blight, joblessness, homelessness, crime, recidivism, gentrification, and other ills that plague African American and low income communities across America, while at the same time Webb teaches his readers “How to Prosper” through utilizing the WEBB Affordable Housing Model in their old neighborhoods. Webb says, “It’s up to you to come back and make a difference.” |
